How many should I consume during a Marathon/Ironman?
We always recommend you try any product out during training to give you confidence when it comes to your race. A general rule of thumb would be to take one 70ml serving before your race. Then, if you feel the effects of cramp coming on, to consumer another and to finish it off with one after to help you recover.
