We deliver to select countries worldwide. Delivery times vary — and we've removed the hassle by covering all customs duties and taxes.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking email once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate on the courier's website.

Request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Contact us with your name, address, order number and reason for return and we'll guide you through the process.

Faulty
Email us with the subject 'Faulty Item'. We may ask for a photo or for the item back. Faulty items can be reported anytime up to their expiry date.
Incorrect
Email us with the subject 'Incorrect Item'. We'll send the correct item next-day once we receive the wrong one back — and we'll cover your return postage.
Damaged
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can put it right.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Insure your parcel if the order value exceeds £50. We cannot offer refunds beyond 30 days from purchase.
