Need to return something?
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it — just make sure you contact us within 14 days of purchase to be eligible. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 7 days to your original payment method.

Something not right?
If your item arrived faulty or we sent you the wrong thing, we'll sort it immediately — and we'll cover any return postage costs.

Email us as soon as possible at team@crampkilla.co.uk with the subject line 'Faulty Item'. Our team will arrange a replacement or full refund for you. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
